Reflections in Light
With Dribble Escape (mirror), I revisit the flow of light and emotion from earlier works, now applied directly onto a mirror. The paint moves across the surface, capturing light in a way that brings together reflection and presence. The mirror invites both the viewer and myself to experience the work as a dialogue between color, light, and the self.
The Self Within the Work
Painting on a mirror feels like a direct encounter with myself. The paint and reflective surface encourage introspection, creating a subtle self-portrait. The work becomes a space for reflection — both literally and metaphorically — inviting self-examination and awareness.
A New Passage of Light
Light behaves differently on a mirror than on paper or collage; it reflects back toward the viewer and myself. Dribble Escape (mirror) celebrates a moment of self-awareness and renewal: every drop of paint, every reflection, offers a new perspective and a breathing space where color, light, and self converge.
